Brickset

Brickset is a British LEGO database, founded in 1997 — one of the oldest fan sites still running. Unlike Rebrickable, Brickset focuses on the official LEGO catalogue itself: set numbers, names, release dates, RRPs in multiple currencies, theme structures and official building-instruction PDFs.

What we use

• Official RRP per region (NL, DE, US)
• Release and exit date (when a set goes out of production)
• Pieces, minifigs and weight
• URLs to official LEGO building instructions — Brickset provides direct CDN links that we use to download PDFs for the parts lists

What they have that others don't

Brickset maintains a detailed history of set prices over the years, and their moderators manually check every new set for metadata correctness. For brand-new sets they're often the first reliable source.
