Returns Policy

1. Who handles my return?

The returns policy of the retailer where you bought the product applies to your purchase. We — Lakea.net — cannot accept returns because we are not the seller.

You can find the retailer's returns policy:

• on your order confirmation or packing slip from that retailer;
• on that retailer's website under "Customer service", "Returns" or "Terms";
• via the direct links below for our biggest partners.

2. Returns policy per partner

3. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

For consumers within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies after receipt of the product. You can return your purchase within that period without giving a reason at the retailer. Some retailers offer a longer period (for example 30 days) — check their site for the current terms.

You must exercise the right of withdrawal at the retailer — not at Lakea.net. We cannot process your return because we are not a party to your purchase.

4. What if I have a problem with my purchase?

For defects, wrong delivery, or products that don't match, you contact the retailer where you bought it. Their customer service handles it from there. We — Lakea.net — can help by connecting you to the right retailer, but cannot mediate in disputes.
