Shipping policy

Lakea.net is an independent price comparison site for LEGO® sets. We do not sell any products ourselves and we do not ship anything. Every order you place through a link on our site is handled directly by the retailer (for example LEGO.com, Amazon, or one of our other partners). That retailer’s shipping policy applies to your order — not Lakea’s.

1. Who ships my order?

The retailer you buy from handles the entire shipment: carrier choice, shipping fees, delivery time, tracking, and the process for delayed or damaged deliveries. Lakea is in no way a party to that shipment.

Up-to-date shipping information from the retailer can be found in your order confirmation, on your invoice, and on that store’s customer service page. Direct links to our largest partners are listed below.

2. Shipping costs and delivery time

Shipping costs and delivery times vary per retailer and per order. On the product page of a set we display — where possible — the shipping cost next to the price so that you can compare on total amount (price + shipping). For some retailers this data is missing from their feed; in that case you see only the product price, and shipping is calculated by the retailer at checkout.

Many retailers offer free shipping above a minimum order amount (e.g. $25 at Amazon.com, $75 at Kidsy in the US, etc.). We display that threshold where possible underneath the retailer name in the price comparison.

3. Country of delivery

Not every retailer delivers to every country. We filter our price comparison by the country you set in the top right (flag icon), so you only see retailers that ship to your country. This is based on the official shipping zones declared by the retailers; a retailer may actually serve more or fewer countries than our data indicates. If in doubt, check on the retailer’s site before ordering.

4. Delivery problems

For delayed delivery, damaged packages, missing items, or other delivery problems, please contact the customer service of the retailer you ordered from directly — not Lakea. We have no access to your order or to the retailer’s package tracking system.
