Affiliate link

An affiliate link is a special URL with a unique tracking code. When you reach a retailer site through such a link and buy something, the system records that the order came via Lakea. The retailer pays us a small commission (typically 1-5% of the order amount).

What changes for you?

Nothing. You pay exactly the same price as if you'd gone directly to the retailer. The commission comes from the retailer's marketing budget, not your pocket.

How Lakea uses this

Almost every "View →" button on our site is an affiliate link. We work with:

• Bol.com via Bol Partner
• LEGO.com via Rakuten
• Amazon (NL/DE/BE/FR/IT/ES/UK) via Amazon Associates
• Awin partners: Coolblue, Proshop, Top1Toys, DreamLand, Fnac, Zavvi, etc.
• TradeTracker partners: Alternate, Conrad, Coppens, etc.

Where do we earn NO commission?

BrickLink has no affiliate programme we currently have access to. We link there only because sometimes it's the only place to get certain bricks. We earn nothing from those clicks.

Why we're transparent about this

By GDPR/law, every site with affiliate links must disclose them. We also believe you should know — Lakea runs largely on these commissions, and without clicking visitors we couldn't maintain the site.
